· Finally, we will verify the candidate’s professional references and work history, as well as do all relevant background checks in order to finalise the job offer specifics.

· We present the offer of employment to the successfully candidate, managing any negotiation, and ultimately secure the signed offer letter. When appropriate, we assist the candidate with the resignation process from their current place of employment, helping to avoid potential counteroffers or conflicts of interest.

· We work with both you and the candidate to ensure that the engagement process proceeds smoothly.
